We have been notified that a number of Azure customers are experiencing issues when conducting management operations for resources in the West Europe/North Europe region. This appears to be related to the recent COVID-19 pandemic whereby Microsoft need to prioritize provisioning of resources.

Whilst Wirehive sympathize that this may affect some customers in a negative way, we are unfortunately unable to perform any actions to remedy this. We understand that Microsoft are actively contacting customers so we would highly recommend getting in touch with Microsoft to find out what can be done for your platform.

Please also follow the below link in order to obtain further updates on this issue.

We can also confirm that it is not only Wirehive’s customers, but is a wider issue - this link will explain more:

We understand that this is frustrating and are incredibly sympathetic to the issues our customers are facing. If you need any further advice on how to approach Microsoft, please feel free to reach out.
