On Sunday 14th June we will be applying essential updates to our main ticketing system (ConnectWise).

As the system is directly linked to the Wirehive Support Portal, users make experience errors while using the portal during the maintenance period.

There may also be delays between you submitting ticket updates and them being received by Wirehive, so we recommend that you follow them up with a quick call to make sure the update has been received by the support team.

We’d like to assure you that any disruption, if any, will be temporary. A member of the team will be monitoring the updates closely to pick up any issues.

As always, any support that you need out of business hours should be flagged to the support team via telephone, so we do not expect the maintenance to affect our ability to support you with any critical issues.
