In order to continue supporting our customers effectively, we are upgrading the version of our monitoring platform software to keep up-to-date and enable new features. All existing configuration will be retained.

This work will take place Sunday 2nd August 2020 between 1900 BST and 2200 BST.

During the maintenance period we believe there will be minimal risk to the basic checks such as PING and HTTP. However, for a short period there is a moderate risk of other monitoring checks not working correctly and false alerts.

We hope that this does not affect you, however please be assured that our support team will be on hand to support you through any issues that may occur.

In the unlikely event that the issues are more severe, we have a tested roll-back procedure in place should we need to enact it.
