It has come to our attention that a mis-configuration to a rule on our monitoring platform has triggered a number of false alerts that have in turn been sent to our customers using that service.

The change made was swiftly rolled back and no longstanding issues are anticipated.

We apologize if this has affected you or your customers in any way and recommend that you check the website prior to getting in touch with us to ensure that the alert is genuine.
