SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE | Phone and ticketing systems from 2021-02-18 18:30 BST to 2021-02-18 22:30 BST

On Thursday 18th February 2021 at 18.30, our dedicated infrastructure team will be carrying out scheduled maintenance to our phone and ticketing systems in order to maintain optimum efficiency and operations of theses functions for our customers. The maintenance is scheduled to end by 22.30.
During this period, we expect to see sporadic disruptions to both systems that last around 3-5 minutes at a time. We’re pleased to say that we do not expect to see major impact to our customers requesting emergency support as our out of hours support line will still be available as normal.
Whilst we request that The Wirehive Support Portal is not for emergency support requests out of hours, we know that some of you go that extra mile burning the midnight oil and log tickets ready for review the next day. This function is unlikely to be available during the maintenance period but will be back up and running for business as usual at the end of the maintenance.
