Good afternoon,

On Tuseday 16th Aug 2022 at 20:00, our dedicated infrastructure team will be carrying out essential maintenance to our ticketing system in order to maintain optimum efficiency and operations of theses functions for our customers. The maintenance is scheduled to end by 22.30.

During this period, we expect to see disruption to support tickets via the Wirehive Customer Portal. We’re pleased to say that we do not expect to see any impact to customers requesting emergency support via our out of hours support phone line as it will still be available as normal.

Whilst we request that The Wirehive Support Portal is not for emergency support requests out of hours, we know that some of you go that extra mile burning the midnight oil and log tickets ready for review the next day. This function will not be available during the maintenance period but will be back up and running for business as usual at the end of the maintenance.
